Welcome to Deep Sea Drifters Florida! I'm Captain Mike Tennison — a licensed, full-time fishing guide specializing in inshore tarpon, redfish, and seatrout in the Bokeelia and Pine Island Sound area. I've been guiding on these waters for over a decade and know every creek, flat, and channel in Charlotte Harbor and beyond.
My passion is simple: put you on fish and make sure you have the best trip possible. I work hard every single day — hundreds of days on the water per year — to stay on top of the latest bites and migration patterns so you get the most current intel available.
Whether you're a seasoned angler chasing a personal best tarpon or a first-timer looking for an unforgettable experience, I'll tailor the trip to your skill level and goals. My success rate is nearly 100%, and during peak season (Feb–May), if we don't hook a tarpon, your trip is FREE.
